Brent has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years. He started his career at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, where he achieved the Vice President of Investment status and was a Director of the National Multifamily Group. He was consistently a top 5 producing Agent year after year and has personally closed 225 escrows totaling over $350 million in transactions.

As an investor and operator, Brent currently owns over 1,000 units in the Los Angeles area. With his experience as an investor, it has given him an advantage in his knowledge of the real estate market conditions which enhances his ability as a broker to understand his clients’ needs. With his experience as an operator, it has given him an advantage of understanding fundamentals of the asset thus enabling his clients to capture additional added-value positioning of the asset before sale.

Brent holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from USC and a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from USC.

Drawing from a decade’s experience in commercial real estate, Henry brings both high-energy and expertise to The Hogan Group. His career was built solidly on sales of multi-family properties in Greater Los Angeles and Hollywood. Starting in 1999 at Sperry Van Ness, Henry quickly became one of the prominent new agents in the West LA office. In 2005 Henry formed Bridgepointe Equity Partners, which expanded to include over 20 real estate agents, closing in excess of $250 million in transactions.

Steven is involved in the brokerage services as well as lender and equity relationships. Steve has been active in real estate and venture capital investments for 13 years as well as founder of various subsidiaries investing underperforming assets.

Steven holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Real Estate Finance from USC.
